Role Overview
We are seeking a System Analyst – D365 Finance & Operations to join the ERP Systems team. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that systems and processes are designed, implemented, and continuously improved.
The System Analyst facilitates collaboration, identifies organizational requirements, and supports testing and adoption of solutions across the business. This role requires autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Requirement, Change, and Test management according to ALM framework.
- Provide and ensure system operation and support to D365 Finance and Operations users.
- Continuously improve and assure quality of D365 applications, implement modifications, additional configurations and modules.
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and proper documentation of system changes and operational procedures.
- Provide expert knowledge to support Finance process design.
- Support integrations with HR and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers.
- Provide trainings and product documentation for D365 Finance & Operations users.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration or Business/System Analyst certification.
- 1–3 years’ experience in business analysis or IT service delivery, software training and key user management.
Essential Skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of finance processes and ERP applications (D365 F&O knowledge is desirable).
- Openness to intercultural diversity, stakeholder management, critical thinking.
Desirable Skills
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant Associate (MB-310) certification, knowledge of Lifecycle Services, experience in SQL and data visualization tools, DevOps, advanced Excel.
- Process orientation, problem-solving, and innovation mindset.
